Plans and subscriptions
The board is free to read and the free alerts cost nothing at all. Individual is $29 a month and Organization is $349 a month — paid subscriptions for readers who want the state and county detail behind each item and the pushes that reach them when something breaks where they are.

How pricing scales
| Seats | Every additional analyst who needs the board, the alerts and the archive. |
| Data sources | Extra publishers, regional sets or bespoke source builds beyond the tier's included set. |
| Support level | Standard, Priority or Embedded. Response times and analyst access, not access to the facts. |
Every tier carries the same sourcing standard: every item named, dated, and labelled where it is reported abroad and not yet in U.S. official channels. Higher tiers buy reach, speed and support, never a better version of the truth.
Before an alert reaches you
How alerts are released
Every alert is reviewed before it is released, and every item names its publisher and the source tier that publisher sits in, so you can weigh it yourself. Nothing is pushed on a single unverified post, and corrections are sent to subscribers the day they are made.
- A named publisher on every item, in the digest and in the alert push.
- The source tier shown alongside it — see the editorial standards and the source directory.
What stays free
Everything that warns you: the live alert panel, every alert and its grade, the BOTTOM LINE callout, the news cards and the topic briefs. Free of charge, with no card and no account.
Cancel any time
They don't renew automatically. We email you each month to renew, and there is nothing to cancel — the month you have already paid for simply runs to its end.
Grading is not for sale
Membership never affects what gets published or how an alert is graded. Nothing changes on the board because a reader paid, and nothing is held back because a reader did not.
The free promise
The free promise
The site is free to read and the daily digest is free. A paid tier exists for readers who want alert pushes and the state and county detail behind them — it never gates what we publish about a hazard that affects people here now.
Billing and delivery
Billing and delivery questions
The questions readers actually ask, answered without a sales pitch.
What does the subscription cost?
Individual is $29 a month and Organization is $349 a month. The board itself is free to read, and the free alerts cost nothing.
When am I charged, and where does my card go?
Billing runs monthly from the day you subscribe. Payment is taken on the secure QuickBooks page (card or bank transfer) and your card details are never stored by this app. Subscriptions don't renew automatically — we email you each month to renew.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time and access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not remove you from the free alerts.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Subscriptions are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do alerts reach me?
Paid subscribers get the push alerts and the state and county detail behind each item. Every alert is reviewed before it is released, and every item names its publisher and the source tier it sits in.
What happens if I stop paying?
The paid pushes stop and the detail behind each item closes. The board and the free alerts continue as before.
A receipt for every charge is emailed to you by the payment provider.
